Every Ten Hours or Daily

Check engine oil level. If the engine oil level is low, fill in fresh oil.

Transmission/hydraulic oil level checking. If transmission/hydraulic oil is too low, fill in new oil.

Engine air filters checking. Replace with a new one if necessary.

Check engine coolant level. If the coolant level is too depression, fill up the arrangement.

Check engine idling, steering unit, parking brake and service brakes. If you plant a problem, fix it.

Every 50 Hours

Check tires and inflate if required.

Check battery charge. Accuse the battery if necessary.

Check front axle oil level. Add if required.

Checking hydraulic fluid in system. Fill the hydraulic system equally required.

Lubricate front and rear axle hub bearings.

Inspect wheels and tighten nuts and bolts if necessary.

Every 200 hours

Engine oil modify. Recommended oil type - SAE 10W-xxx, 15W-xxx, 15W-40, 20W-forty. API service classification SE, SF, CC, CD. How much to add together: Engine Oil Capacity - 7.two qt (half dozen.8 Fifty). After filling, check the engine oil level with a dipstick.

Oil filter changing. Engine oil filter part number: 1447082M2. Before replacing, remove dirt from the filter housing. After installation, checking the oil level is recommended. Add oil if necessary.

Cheque engine primary air filter element. Alter if necessary. Air filter role number - 3595518V1.

Audit engine secondary air filter element. Supplant as required. Function number - 3595519V2.

Clean the radiator grill from dust and dirt.

Audit and adjust alternator/fan belt. If the belt is worn, change it.

Check the torque of the bike bolts.

Every 500 Hours

Supersede engine fuel filter. Engine fuel filter part number: 836218V92. Check diesel fuel pump adjustment.

Manual/hydraulic fluid change. Recommended fluid type: Permatran three. Transmission/Hydraulic Oil Capacity - 12.5 gal (47.0 50). After changing the transmission/hydraulic oil, check the level with a dipstick.

Steering fluid filter replacement. Steering filter part number: 1886135V1. Afterwards replacing the filter, check the steering oil level. If required, add it. Steering Oil Capacity - 0.74 qt (0.70 L).

Changing hydraulic filter element. Hydraulic filter part number: 1687042V91/3771122V92. Check the transmission/hydraulic oil level after installing a new filter element. If required, add it.

Check the coolant in radiator. If coolant is low, summit up.

Check engine idle speeds. If necessary, adjust the engine idle speed.

Check the hoses and fittings. Tighten if necessary.

Change front beam fluid. Front end Beam Capacity - 0.83 gal (3.7 Fifty). Front Beam Oil Type - Permatran.

Adjust parking and service brakes.

Drain water from fuel tank, then replace the fuel filter.

Clean oil cooler fins and radiator.

Drain, affluent and refill engine cooling system. Cooling System Capacity - 11 qt (x.5 L).

Inspect all hoses and clamps.

Check bombardment charge.

Bank check and adjust valve clearance.

Check and adjust injection pump.
